Our business is a partnership between brothers Adam and Edward along with wives Karen, Jacqueline and our children Mya and Khloe. Edward, a qualified butcher, has spent the last 8 years working in Austraila supplying high end cuts of meat to some of Sydney’s finest restaurants. Adam and Karen have been farming Ti Kouka Hills for the last 10 years.
We are a small family business located in South Canterbury.

Our website will close on Tuesday the 10th of December with the last website orders leaving the butchery on Wednesday the 11th. For those of you with Xmas orders, these will be sent out by courier on Wednesday the 18th of December. The website will reopen on Monday the 13th of January with our first orders for 2025 being sent out on Wednesday the 15th of January.
