If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a refund up to 48 hours after receipt of your product or exchange it for another item. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a credit if more than 48 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and email images of product through to sales@choppedbutchery.co.nz

We are Shutting down the website Tuesday midnight 2nd dec for the year while we concentrate on Christmas orders and the markets.
